Well Expertise should request a handover/kick-off meeting by DNO. It is very important to get expectations, project information, and processes to ensure efficient planning and alignment in the team.
What actions are required:
WE project manager will request kick off meeting from Client for next project where all expectations and plans are presented. HSEQ systems and objectives, C&P – templates and procedures, Drilling – plans and way forward, G&G – prospect and objectives.
